  • View your marksYou can view your marks on the 'study results' page, on the My UvA app or in the Student Information System (SIS).
  • Cum laudeThe ‘cum laude’ honour, meaning 'with distinction', is sometimes given to students who achieve outstanding results. The Examinations Board sets out the conditions needed for this.
  • The marking, assessment and registration of your academic resultsBecause grading schemes differ between countries, you'll receive an overview of your Dutch marks and their foreign equivalents together with your degree certificate.
  • Plagiarism and fraud The UvA deals forcefully with plagiarism. Students who have committed serious fraud may have their enrolment terminated and be no longer allowed to finish their study programme.
