Are you new to the UvA? You can access the SURFspot webshopExternal link with your student account from two weeks before your studies begin. For example: if your study programme starts on 3 September, you can log in to SURFspot from 20 August onwards.
SURFspot cloud services
Cloud services can be acquired via SURFspot. The SURFspot customer service can answer any questions about this. Also see the FAQ sectionExternal link on their website.
Software usage rights
You will not own the software. The right to use the software will lapse as soon as you are no longer a UvA student or the license agreement has expired.
Support
The ICTS Service Desk does not provide support for SURFspot software. SURFspot sells self-study courses (tutorials) for some software programmes.
